I joined Shoelace as the first hire when it was still in its initial MVP stage. As with any startup, I wore many hats and was involved in all aspects of the business, including customer support, account management, and product development. This experience gave me a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the business requirements needed for successful product features.

Shoelace was selected as part of Batch 20 at 500 Startups, and as we found product-market fit, I stayed with the company and continued to grow along with it. Eventually, Shoelace evolved into a growth agency to better serve our clients, and I'm proud to have been a part of the journey.
