Reppable

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reppable Technologies Inc. ("Reppable," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, book an AI Workflow Sprint, or communicate with us.

1. Canadian privacy approach

Reppable is based in Canada. We handle personal information in a way intended to align with Canada's private-sector privacy principles, including accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, limiting use, safeguards, openness, individual access, and complaint handling.

Depending on where you live, federal or provincial privacy laws may apply to your information. This policy is meant to give clear notice of our practices, but it does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Contact and booking details, such as your name, email address, calendar availability, and booking information.
  • Payment and billing details needed to process your booking. Full payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Workflow context you choose to share, such as your job title, industry, recurring tasks, tools, constraints, notes, documents, examples, or questions.
  • Communications with us, including email, booking notes, call notes, follow-up requests, and feedback.
  • Website and device information, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, approximate location, IP address, cookie identifiers, and interactions with our site.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the website;
  • process bookings, payments, refunds, and scheduling;
  • deliver the AI Workflow Sprint and written workflow guide;
  • understand your workflow so we can provide practical guidance, prompts, process recommendations, tool recommendations, automation direction, or a decision map;
  • respond to questions, support requests, and privacy requests;
  • measure website performance and understand whether our marketing is useful;
  • protect against fraud, misuse, and security issues; and
  • comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

4. AI workflow materials

The AI Workflow Sprint works best when you share practical context about one real workflow. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information, confidential customer data, health information, government identifiers, passwords, payment card numbers, or trade secrets unless it is necessary and you have the right to share it.

When useful, we may use AI tools to help structure, draft, review, or analyze workflow materials. We aim to share only the context needed to deliver the sprint. AI and other third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand marketing effectiveness.

Our website may use Google Analytics and the Meta/Facebook pixel. These tools may collect information about your device, browser, pages viewed, and interactions with the website. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use privacy controls offered by those providers.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver the sprint, including booking, payment, email, calendar, document, cloud hosting, analytics, advertising, and AI tool providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Cross-border processing

Some of our service providers may process or store information outside your province or outside Canada, including in the United States or other countries. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators in that jurisdiction.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering the sprint, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

9. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also withdraw consent to certain uses of your information where consent is the basis for processing, though that may affect our ability to provide the sprint.

To make a privacy request, email vishaal@bereppable.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11. Marketing communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional messages about bookings, payments, refunds, policy updates, or services you requested.

12. Children

The website and AI Workflow Sprint are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page. If you have questions, concerns, or a complaint about our privacy practices, email vishaal@bereppable.com.
